Job Description:
The company are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join the team and play a key role in driving the growth of the company. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding the client base within tier 1 banks by effectively promoting the solution. Your primary objective will be to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:
Business Development Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share within tier 1 banks.
  • Identify key market segments and verticals, and devise strategies to penetrate these markets effectively.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging client needs.

New Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and qualify potential clients within tier 1 banks that align with our target market and solution offering.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our data management solutions.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitable outcomes for both the company and the client.

Account Management:
  • Foster and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client base to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for clients.

Industry Expertise:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and regulatory changes in the financial industry, particularly in the back and middle office functions.
  • Leverage your industry knowledge and expertise to understand client pain points and position our solutions effectively.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on data management best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the SaaS or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of data management processes within back or middle office operations of financial institutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to win key client accounts and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
