Senior Sales Exec, Screening & Due Diligence - up to £120k + comms

The Company 

Harrington Starr is partnered with a specialist Employee Screening and Due Diligence organisation that is looking to expand its sales function.  My client has secured a significant amount of investment and has tripled in headcount since its inception almost 6 years ago.  Using AI, ML and Open Source technology, my client can screen quicker than its competitors, effectively saving a substantial amount of time for its clients.  I am searching for a Senior Sales Executive to join the business and assist in driving its next phase of growth.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Executive you would be responsible for:

  • Drive growth across Tier 1 & Tier 2 banks
  • Sign multi year subscription deals
  • Navigate your way around the market to beat the competitors
  • Attend new business meetings with the relevant team members
  • Travel across EMEA approximately 30%
  • Manage sales pipeline and keep in line with the company quota

Desirable

  • Knowledge of financial crime and regulations
  • KYC, Due Diligence, Client Onboarding and data knowledge
  • High volume, low ticket sales track record and ability to demonstrate strong sales capabilities
