As a Senior Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on driving sales and business development within the sell-side market segment. Leveraging your expertise in selling software solutions, you will identify new opportunities, cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand client needs, tailor the offerings to meet specific requirements, and position the organization as a trusted technology partner.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold-calling potential clients.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software sales, specifically selling to the sell-side market.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex software concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of the sell-side industry, including familiarity with trading workflows, risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with sell-side firms at all levels of an organization.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
