TITLE : Sales Director

SALARY: up to €150,000 + commission plan TBC / up to DOUBLE OTE  

OJECTIVE: Sell Compliance Solutions to Investment Banks

This search has taken us to the Netherlands and have we got an amazing opportunity for you!!  Allow me to give you an overview …  A PE backed, thriving payments firm who has carved out a niche client base in the UK and Europe is looking to grow. Omni-Channel, Online Payments, Real-Time Payment Processing is the core offering of this business.  As the company is 10 years old, they have learnt a lot and have so much more opportunity ahead of them.

Agility is the differentiator my client has as they are able to tailor or create solutions to meet client demand as they do not take a blanket approach pride themselves on their solution-based offering. Currently at 150 employees with the majority of those being UK based we are working exclusively together to find a Sales director to be based in the Netherlands and spearhead the European growth from there.

What are we looking for?

Ideally, we are looking to speak with senior commercial professionals who have experience selling payment processing solutions across a variety of verticals.  The current client base consists of retailers, banks, corporates, and insurance firms as means of an example, but the most important element is someone coming from a payments (SaaS) sales background.

What would be great!

A proven track record selling payment solutions and also the ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills and qualities.  This role is also going to be part of the board and you will need to define GTM strategy as well as monetary based incentives and schemes.
