Senior Sales, Core Banking - £80k + Comms

The Company 

Harrington Starr has partnered with one of the first digital and core banking providers.  This 20-year-old company has fired up the digital banking space and it has now become one of the most transformational and dynamic areas of Financial Services Technology.  I am looking for a Senior Sales Director to join the team and increase the company’s footprint, globally.


The Role

As Senior Sales Director you will be responsible for:

  • Keeping up to date with market trends and staying one step ahead of your competitors
  • New business hunter, prospecting, cold calling and building a strong pipeline
  • Engaging with any inbound enquiries and be efficient and timely on delivering information on proposition
  • Work with multiple teams and wear several different hats across the business, keeping focus on your core responsibilities
  • Travelling across the UK, Ireland and Europe to meet with clients



  • Enterprise wide sales, big ticket banking solutions
  • Experience working for a SaaS provider
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience
  • Experience in relationship-based sales
