The company

A leading provider of multi-asset class solutions to the buy and sell-side is looking for someone to sell their connectivity and integration products and services. Their technology supports the integration of in-house built and third party solutions ensuring their clients achieve optimal performance from their front to back office software and platforms.

The role

  • Selling the integration (middleware and connectivity) solutions to new and existing customers across the EMEA region
  • Research the relevant contacts at buy and sell-side firms and introduce them to the products
  • Manage the full sales cycle ensuring that there is buy-in from the relevant stakeholders
  • Work with pre-sales to devise solutions for prospective customers and demonstrate the value during presentation
  • Close business in line with agreed annual quota
  • Work with product management to ensure the solutions meet client requirements
  • Work with the delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition post-sales

Requirements

  • Experience selling either integration / middleware solutions or trading systems such as Order Management Systems (OMS)
  • Proven record of managing complex sales cycles typically involving CXO management
  • Understanding of capital markets and the systems used by market participants
  • An interest in technology and ability to discuss at a high level with prospects
