A leading Proprietary Trading Firm are looking to add a Senior Quantitative Developer to work on the research of trading signals with a particular focus on the Futures and Spot FX asset classes.
The Senior Quantitative Developer (C++, R, Python, Trading Signals, Research) will be working on the research of trading signals, with a particular focus on discovering new trade signals. You will need to be someone who loves solving problems and is keen to go out and explore new research. The overall goal for this Trading Firm is to continue to automate the entire trade process whilst maintaining the high levels of performance that the fund has achieved over the past 10 years.
You’ll be joining a very small team here in London and will be expected to make big contributions to big projects. It is a very good role for anyone who is looking for more autonomy and to be able to see the real impact of the work they are doing.
The Senior Quantitative Developer (C++, R, Python, Trading Signals, Research) will need:
· Strong experience with C++ - Essential
· Experience with Quantitative Research from a Financial Environment – Essential
· Experience working with Trade Signals – Highly Beneficial
· Experience with R, Python or Matlab - Beneficial
· Knowledge of Futures or FX – Beneficial
