Are you an experienced Quantitative Trader with specific expertise within HFT? Furthermore, are you excited by the prospect of playing a leading role within a newly founded, specialist Digital Assets systematic fund?

 

If so, this opportunity could be perfect for you. My client has only been recently founded by a host of ex mainstream buy side executives who are looking to make a critical hire within their senior leadership team. As a result, you'll not only have the opportunity to drive change from the top down, but also be heavily involved in a hands on capacity with regards to the research, operation, and execution of high frequency algorithmic trading strategies for Digital Assets.

What will you do in this role?

 

  • Take ownership of the research and analysis of new HFT strategies for the fund
  • Optimise efficiency of existing trading platforms whilst playing a pivotal role in technical direction of further greenfield functionalities
  • Cultivate and lead a team of top tier traders, researchers, and analysts

 

What will you need?

 

  • Demonstrated, extensive experience as a Quant Trader - ideally at least five years of commercial experience
  • Rigorous understanding of the intricacies of algorithmic trading
  • Competent programming skills with Python
  • BSc/MSc in a quantitative subject from a reputable university
