Harrington Starr are partnering with a world-leading FinTech in financial derivates to hire a skilled Senior QA Developer to work on a low-latency, high-frequency platform.
This new, full-time permanent position in their London offices will see the successful QA Automation Engineer join their highly-skilled testing team working on global trading platforms.
What you will do
- Testing high-volume, high-performance middleware technologies with a focus on security and reliability
- Fully cycle quality assurance test design
- Developing automation tools for backend testing
- Test execution and test reporting (Bug tracking)
- Deliver high-quality software within a complex business domain
- 5+ years’ QA / Testing experience, ideally within Financial Technology or Financial Services
- Demonstrable skills writing Test Automation in Java
- CI/CD process flow understanding (Jenkins, Bamboo or similar)
- Webservice test automation skills
- Cross-platform testing experience
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.)
