In this role, you will not only contribute to hands-on development but also drive the implementation of source control and deployment best practices. You will have the opportunity to foster coding standards, develop shared libraries, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, code, build, and maintain core end-user tools and applications.
• Establish and monitor efficient source control and deployment processes.
• Document existing Python applications.
• Collaborate with fellow Python developers to implement best practices, coding standards, and enhance the codebase's quality.
• Mentor junior Python developers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working on front office projects within an investment bank.
• Highly desirable experience with derivatives and risk management systems.
• Demonstrated leadership skills through leading a team or mentoring junior members.
• At least 3 years of experience in Python development.
