Senior Project Manager – Cyber Security

I am working with a company who are renowned for producing innovative solutions to their clients and boast an incredible reputation within the financial services sector. The organisation is experiencing an extensive growth period and are now looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their successful team.

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the identification and development of project objectives and collaborate with stakeholders and the project sponsor.  You will need to have extensive experience in managing Cyber Security projects, specifically Application Security (BlackDuck, Coverity, Veracode) and Vulnerability & Threat Management (Qualys).

Working on Security Projects, you will be responsible for leading multiple work-streams throughout each of the project’s lifecycle, ensuring high quality deliverables. Along with this, you must be able to work with major and complex challenges, being able to balance multiple projects, making key strategic decisions and continuously operate with a pragmatic and flexible approach.

Experience & Skill requirements

  • 10+ years of Project or Programme Management Experience
  • The ability and willingness to challenge stakeholders and clients to better understand their needs
  • Expert knowledge of financial management and risk
  • Someone who can influence and build relationships with senior management and stakeholders
  • Experience of working on Security Projects
  • Background in working across several different sectors both business and IT related projects/programmes (Ideal / Nice to have)
