The large, yet growing organisation have a number of products that allow customers a niche insight into various areas of financial data. Although the business’ product happens to focus on Finance, the organisation itself very much operate in a tech-driven startup environment with a team that looks to push the boundaries across technical software development.
The growing organisation are seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to embrace agile practices focusing on optimising platform development through automation and innovation. The successful candidate will be joining a team of engineer’s working day to day on continuous delivery, supporting new and current technologies alongside the company’s development infrastructure. The motivated engineer will be involved with pair-programming, design and architecture of the high-user base platform, interacting closely with internal development teams.
Key Requirements for the Senior Platform Engineer
- Polygot Engineer OR heavy coding experience of Python – Essential
- Experience with AWS & Docker – Essential
- Understand of micro-service architecture – Essential
- Full appreciation to well organised code and testing – Essential
- Ability to interact with senior & technical stakeholders
