A leading FinTech organisation who operate in trading space are seeking a Senior PHP Developer to work on a number of varied, greenfield web development projects. The role will be focused on projects alongside PHP and Front End Developers within the team, interacting closely with various teams and building critical web based applications. You will be developing the latest web technologies using PHP, JavaScript, CMS, MySQL, CakePHP, from developing new solutions to enhancing the firm's main site. The position will offer an opportunity to develop as a Developer, joining an established team in an awesome environment.

The company is currently investing heavily in new technology development and is keen to attract developers who want to be proactive and introduce the latest practices and technologies into the business. In addition to the live project you will be on working on real time, highly distributed system and will be faced with numerous challenges in optimizing and evolving further the real time pricing systems.

Key requirements for the Senior PHP Developer (PHP, JavaScript, CMS, MySQL, CakePHP):

  • Solid understanding and experience developing PHP/JavaScript Web Applications
  • Experience of CakePHP, LAMP & MySQL - highly essential
  • Able to interact and communicate well with individuals
  • Strong understanding of Databases which include MYSQL.
  • Experience in an agile development environment

As a Senior PHP Developer (PHP, JavaScript, CMS, MySQL, Drupal, CakePHP) you will interact closely with various teams across the business to build a variety of web development projects - from devices to working on Greenfield web systems for the new projects the company have been launching in 2018.
