Harrington Starr are proud to be partnered with a medium sized FinTech specialising in FX trading. The business are seeking to hire a product driven Senior Java Engineer that is skilled in building high speed, data intensive applications. 

The successful candidate should have experience coding from scratch and without the use of frameworks, coupled with exposure to low latency, high throughput applications. 

The Role

• Cloud based microservices

• Regularly implement performance enhancements

• Liaise with the product team, and senior stakeholders for architectural decisions

• Database design

• Mentor junior engineers
