Senior Desktop Support Engineer – City of London – ITIL, Windows, Server, Exchange, Active Directory, MS Office 

A leading financial services organisation based in the heart of the City is currently expanding their IT department and as a result they have an immediate requirement for a Senior Desktop Support Engineer. You will be expected to provide the highest level of customer service and technological performance for all colleagues.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include: system installation / de-commissioning, troubleshooting, configuring new hardware, software patching, liaising with suppliers and asset management.

To be considered for the Senior Desktop Support Engineer role you will require the following skill-set:

  • ITIL Exposure
  • Windows 7
  • Server 2008 / 2012
  • Exchange 2010 / 2013
  • Active Directory
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
