A global leading Hedge Fund have an opening within their Risk team to work on scalable and high performance software solutions using a wide range of bleeding edge technologies within their Risk division. You will be working across all areas of the business (front to back office) on enhancing existing systems and working on Greenfield solutions. This organisation have a large presence within long equity trading strategies and are offering a technically challenging role for a C# development professional with risk management experience.
This role will see you work on main trading applications and working on securing sensitive code by building systems to protect their unique trading strategies, which is the ultimate reason why they are one of the most successful Hedge Funds. You will work end-end from requirement gathering, development and deployment. This organisation seek talented software developers who are passionate about using the best practices, working across the full stack from the database layers to the front-end. You will be working on highly transactional systems, requiring skills in the latest threading and concurrent programming techniques.
Key requirements for this role:
- Solid experience in C# development with the latest version of .Net - Required
- Experience with Risk concepts – Required
- Solid SQL Server experience – Required
- Good knowledge of WPF and MVVM – Required
- Buy-side experience – Advantageous
- Passionate about working closely with the business – Required
