Lead Developer

€130,000 + bonus + stock + benefits

Technology: C#, .NET, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker

The company:

My client is a leading FinTech focussed on data integration and harmonisation on the buy side. Their services are adopted by institutional finance clients worldwide and utilise the most modern tech stack to build highly performant and scalable products.

You will manage a small team of developers whilst remaining hands on, having ownership of multiple client integrations and working along the entire product lifecycle. The opportunity to grow this team in the future is there.

What you will get:

• Basic salary up to €130,000.

What you will do:

• Own the design and implantation of integration solutions
• Build and manage your own team
• Navigate external relationships with partners
• Work with a diverse technology stack across multiple exceptional engineering teams

What you will need:

• Demonstrated expertise using C# with .NET
• Leadership experience
• Knowledge of distributed systems in cloud technology beneficial
• Motivation and ambition to work within a world class FinTech environment
