As a Senior Business Manager, you will play a key role within the Revenue Operations team. Your primary goal is to support our global Sales team drive revenue, and secondary goal is to drive innovation in revenue methods. You will own variable compensation and scale a sales playbook globally. You will build and manage team of Business Managers and nurture a culture of sustainable high-performance.
Support Revenue Generation
Serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to Sales teams
Help Sales team define, measure, and achieve key performance targets
Advise on commercial structure for large and complex deals, and support sales reps in highly complex enterprise deal negotiations
Ensure post-sales operations including invoicing, payment collection, contract management, renewals are designed and run effectively
Facilitate internal Customer Success Fund to manage internal investments for customer projects
Coach, empower, and manage a team of Business Managers
Support Revenue Innovation
Own variable sales compensation models to incentives aligned to our company and customer goals. Partner with Finance & HR for implementation.
Relay the voice of the customer and data insights to optimise our go-to-market and sales motion
Own our pricing models and methods, commercial term approval matrix, and product catalogue. Partner with Legal, Finance, and Product to drive pricing innovation.
Help drive large and complex deals across the finish line by partnering closely with Product, Finance, and Legal
REQUIRMENTS
Experience working at a high-growth software company
Firm understanding of B2B SaaS metrics (Bookings, ARR, Churn/Retention, etc.)
Use data to solve large and complex problems
Crisp written and verbal communication skills
Fluency with common sales tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Tableau
