Harrington Starr are working alongside a unique financial trading technology firm who are seeking to add an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to their London offices to work with their development team.
Our client's mission is building critical systems, so the company operate a stringent and agile test driven development approach to ensure that the code is of the highest quality and bug free.
This new full-time, permanent job opportunity will suit an experienced senior test professional with demonstrable E2E-testing, exploratory testing and Java language skills.

Harrington Starr are working alongside a unique financial trading technology firm who are seeking to add an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to their London offices to work with their development team.
Our client's mission is building critical systems, so the company operate a stringent and agile test driven development approach to ensure that the code is of the highest quality and bug free.
This new full-time, permanent job opportunity will suit an experienced senior test professional with demonstrable E2E-testing, exploratory testing and Java language skills.
For the role of the SDET you will need the following skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of Java and Selenium (UI Testing)
- Proven hands-on experience in exploratory testing, API Testing & managing a CI/CD environment
- Strong appreciation for all things TDD
- Proven ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical staff and stakeholders
- Any Electronic Trading (Any Asset Class) knowledge is advantageous
