Salesforce Technical Consultant/Business Analyst - APEX

Harrington Starr are currently working with a leading global financial trading organisation who are urgently seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant/Business Analyst.

In this role as a Salesforce Technical Consultant BA you will be joining the organisation to become the key point of contact in the business for Salesforce issues, improvements and projects.

You will be responsible for requirement gathering and converting the client's business problems into scalable Salesforce solutions using your methodical outlook and good documentation skills and you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the client's expectations. As a large part of the Salesforce team has recently been outsourced and offshored you will be responsible for managing the external vendors deliverables.

This is an excellent opportunity working for a leading organisation on a potential long-term contract, this role would suit someone who has come from a development background but has moved into a Business Analysis and/or consultant role. You will essentially be interacting regularly between the business users/stakeholders and the technical delivery team/vendor.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience as a Salesforce Technical Consultant/Business Analyst:

  • Extensive Salesforce experience 
  • Deep technical understanding of Apex and VisualForce (Development Background)
  • Experience collaborating with business owners and implementation teams to translate requirements into technical solutions 
  • Experience acting as a team lead 
  • Managing stakeholders across various levels of organisations 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Salesforce certifications necessary
