Salesforce Administrator – Greater Charlotte Area - $60,000
Harrington Starr has partnered with a global, enterprise company which is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to be based in Fort Mill, SC. This role will support internal business users across North America using Sales and Marketing cloud. The candidate should have completed the Salesforce Admin Certification or be in progress. Ability to keep pace with updates and add-ons to the platform is essential to long-term success in the role.
- Salesforce Admin certification complete or in progress
- Ability to provide front-line support to internal business users across the company
- Hands-on work experience with Salesforce Administration in a commercial setting
- Excellent communications and documentation skills with a collaborative personality
- Experience with marketing automation using Pardot is ideal
- Experience with Salesforce reporting
- Ability to keep pace with updates and add-ons to the platform is essential to long-term success in the role.
- Ability to participate in upgrades and project work as needed
- Ability to work semi-autonomously without constant supervision
- Available for occasional travel to New York and Toronto
