Our client is a global provider of technology and software as a service to accelerate digital transformation and modernization in financial services. We are focused on helping clients to navigate, integrate and manage the diverse, complex and ever-expanding mass of data message formats, standards and protocols throughout the lifecycle of every financial transaction.
 
The Sales Operations team’s primary purpose is to work collaboratively with sales colleagues in order to drive strategic business planning and growth initiatives. We are looking to recruit a Sales Operations Analyst who will play a key part within the team to assist our sales colleagues with achieving their budgets and targets. You will support the team by assisting with the rollout of data analysis reporting to identify sales opportunities, and manage the generation, processing and tracking of new business leads. You will help with driving the development, testing and roll out of sales productivity tools to the sales teams, also helping to facilitate sales team training.

Responsibilities:

•    Assist in the management and roll out of sales performance analysis and reporting dashboards
•    Help to deliver targeted sales activities in line with channel and segment strategies such as promotional lists and sales incentives
•    Help to optimise lead generation, pipeline management and performance tracking to increase new business activity
•    Maintain records of all contracts and support agreements, and ensure all accruals are loaded for reporting and analysis purposes
•    Maintain pricing records for customers to ensure invoice prices are accurate and in line with sales team offers and proposals , regular validation is necessary
•    Assist in the development and roll out of sales tools and platforms to improve sales team efficiency and commercial effectiveness
•    Provide support during the collation of tender documents for group and regional on trade accounts, liaising with other departments as required
•    Be part of the super user teams and sculpt internal and external processes to drive business growth and work cross functionally within the organisation
•    Provide administrative support for sales teams as and when required to meet the demands of the business

 




We are looking for someone with:
•    3+ years of related experience
•    Experience with Salesforce.com
•    Experience across one or all of the following operations functional areas: Sales, Marketing, Inside Sales
•    Background in SaaS or a recurring customer subscription model company
•    Experience using Power BI Tools and Google Applications
•    Strong analytical and quantitative skills
•    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
•    Is detailed oriented with an inquisitive nature
