Sales Manager – Northern Europe (Location: Frankfurt, Germany)

Designed for the next evolution of trading and risk operations for both sell-side and buy-side market participants, they are utilized in many forms by banks, government/development banks, broker dealers as well as a range of buy-side institutions, including insurance firms, hedge funds, pension funds and asset managers.
Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing and growing the territory in Northern Europe – including Sweden, Norway, Finland, the Baltic countries, and Poland. The main goal is to win new clients and to retain and grow the existing accounts. The candidatewill generate own leads and opportunities through cold-calling, conferences, and contacts. Looking for HUNTERS not FARMERS.
Experience and Skills Required
3+ years working in Sales with Sales Targets
Must have demonstrated experience in taking new name accounts from introductory meeting to contract close
You have experience with solution selling and dealing with complex sales cycles
You have experience selling to the financial industry
Language skills – English + another European Language (knowledge of Swedish, Finnish or Polish is a big plus)
Big plus – you have experience with derivatives and/or financial risk management
You use (or are interested learning and implementing) a solution selling methodology
You are passionate for finance and technology
You are happy to travel
You are curious and always want to learn and improve
You enjoy solving complex problems for your prospects
