The Role

Our client is seeking a successful Sale Manager for the London office to join and lead their already established and extremely successful Sales Team. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for closing new business of Compliance, Payment, and Financial Counterparty Solutions that focus in the areas of KYC (Know Your Client), AML (Anti Money Laundering), and Customer "On Boarding" in the Banking Industry.

The Sales Manager must have a proven track record of outperforming his/her individual sales target,  possess a real hunger to hunt down new business, management of key client accounts and revenue retention, and sales leadership. The Sales Manager must:

•         Have experience selling financial services solutions (Essential)

•         Sales Leadership, desirable although not essential

•         Proven track record of selling into new business (Essential)

•         Have knowledge of KYC and AML (Desired)

•         Have sold SAAS software (Desired)

•         Have excellent written and verbal communication skills (Essential)

•         Experience in dealing with C level management. (Essential)

•         Experience of sales cycles with lengths of 6 to 12 months and longer (Essential)
