We are delighted to be partnering with a quickly growing FinTech startup in New York who are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join their fast-expanding Private Equity team. My client’s mission is to reinvent deal origination by harnessing the power of data, AI, and people. The ideal candidate will have:

• Thorough knowledge of the Financial Services community, specifically a deep network in the Private Equity space and a strong understanding of M&A
• Ability to have in-depth conversations about SaaS solutions
• Hunter mentality, expertise in new business sales and the ability to knock down doors
• Energetic, passionate, and entrepreneurial mindset with a never-let-die attitude

The successful candidate will be expected to nurture and track accounts and identify additional opportunities across the Private Equity portfolio and investment teams whilst developing sales strategies and account plans, leveraging data and pollination to win business.
