Salary £80-100k on the base with x 2 OTE

The company

Sales Director needed to join a leading technology firm that provides network, application and infrastructure monitoring and analytics solutions. My client is categorised as a visionary business by a leading research firm and their products are used by businesses across multiple sectors to provide analytics that helps them to make better business decisions and gain insights into business-critical network and infrastructure systems.

The role

  • New business sales targeting either enterprise clients across multiple verticals in greater London or the wider UK (depending on your background)
  • Working with marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns
  • Generate leads via the inside sales team, marketing and your own network/prospecting
  • Manage the sales cycle with the assistance of the sales engineering team including presentations, POCs and workshops
  • Close new business in line with agreed quotas ensuring the best commercial and contractual terms are achieved

Requirements

  • New business sales experience selling complex enterprise software related to big data, machine learning, network analytics or application monitoring (or similar)
  • Experience selling £500k+ licence fee solutions with 12+ month sales cycles
  • A true new business hunter, able to overcome objectives and influence C-level client managers
  • Able to work in a small business environment where there is a lot of collaboration between sales directors, technical staff, sales engineer and product managers
