The Company

Harrington Starr are pleased to be partnered with one of the leading Energy, Commodity Trading & Risk Management platform providers in the UK!  Completely displacing its competitors for a number of reasons, our client has changed the way commodities are being traded and they are now looking to recruit a Sales Director into the fold to help grow business across the UK, Ireland and Europe.


The Role

As Sales Director you will be responsible for:

  • Keeping up to date with market trends and staying one step ahead of your competitors
  • New business hunter, prospecting, cold calling and building a strong pipeline
  • Engaging with any inbound enquiries and be efficient and timely on delivering information on proposition
  • Work with multiple teams and wear several different hats across the business, keeping focus on your core responsibilities
  • Travelling across the UK, Ireland and Europe to meet with clients



  • Enterprise wide sales to commodity trading houses
  • Experience working for a SaaS provider
  • Experience in relationship-based sales
