£80,000 - £150,000 + bonus + benefits

The company

A leading provider of clearing services has space in their team for 2 Senior Manager or Director level sales people in their London office. Their market leading platform is used by many of the world’s top investment banks, brokerages, hedge funds and asset managers.

It’s fully cross asset but they need to bring in additional expertise around Rates and FX (credit will be considered but is not a priority)

The role

  • New business sales combined with generating further revenues from existing customers globally
  • Increase coverage of the platforms with clients, e.g. cross selling to different desks
  • Ensure customers are aware of new products and services
  • Work with various client teams including client services, on-boarding and legal to get new products and services into the business
  • Support the development and execution of the business’ strategic goals
  • Represent the business at relevant industry events and evangelise the platform to the market
  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers at current and prospective clients
  • Travel internationally as required to meet customers


  • Demonstrable track record of success in financial markets sales preferably across a variety of products; rates and FX preferred
  • Experience in prime brokerage sales, clearing sales, multi-asset banking sales or possibly technology providing your financial products knowledge is extensive
  • Able to produce and deliver clear and persuasive presentations to clients
  • Strong knowledge of the general landscape of trading and settlements
  • Able to build strong relationships and influence key decision makers
  • Business level European language would be beneficial (French, German or Spanish) along with English
