Sales Development Rep – A financial technology SDR that will be responsible for generating leads within the financial fixed income/credit research space.
Our client is a global Financial Technology research provider serving mostly buy side clientele.
-2-3 years’ experience in a lead generation role.
-Have a high energy mentality, prepared to knock on doors and generate leads for new business.
-Comfortable managing objections on the phone.
-Strong organization, time management, and customer facing skills to grow the client base and drive revenues.
-Big advantage coming from a fixed income/credit research background or large financial market data company.
-Excellent organization, business writing, analytical and oral communication skills.
-College/University degree required, MBA preferred.
-Qualify leads and redirect to the appropriate sales professional for further development.
-Educating Sales reps as necessary about the lead/opportunity.
-Drive sales growth by sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
