My client is a London based software company focusing on the development of risk applications for commodity traders and CTAs.
They are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Associate to join their team and help expand their client base and maintain strong customer relationships. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and representing our company's values and mission to potential and existing clients.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and research potential clients within the Trading industry.
Develop a targeted list of prospects for outreach.
Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Present products and services to prospects effectively.
Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and tailor your approach accordingly.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and how they can benefit clients.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Track and report on sales progress regularly.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Provide feedback to the team regarding product enhancements and improvements.
Share valuable insights and feedback from client interactions.
Plan and attend networking events within the industry.
What do we expect from you?
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
