The Company:

My client is a London based software company focusing on the development of risk applications for commodity traders and CTAs. 

Job Overview: 
They are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Associate to join their team and help expand their client base and maintain strong customer relationships. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and representing our company's values and mission to potential and existing clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Prospecting and Lead Generation: 

  • Identify and research potential clients within the Trading industry. 

  • Develop a targeted list of prospects for outreach. 

Client Outreach: 

  • Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. 

  • Present products and services to prospects effectively. 

  • Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and tailor your approach accordingly. 

Relationship Building: 

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. 

Sales Presentations: 

  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. 

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and how they can benefit clients. 

Sales Targets: 

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas. 

  • Track and report on sales progress regularly. 

Market Research: 

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. 

  • Provide feedback to the team regarding product enhancements and improvements. 

 

Collaboration: 

  • Share valuable insights and feedback from client interactions. 

Networking: 

  • Plan and attend networking events within the industry. 

 

What do we expect from you? 

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology industry. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. 

  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
