We are working with an exciting technology led business in London, they are opening a new position for a Release Manager to join their technology function.
You will report into the head of Product, there is scope to make the role your own and put your individual stamp on the position. They require a candidate who has experience of at least 2 years as a Release Manager in a fast-paced environment. Within the role you will work with stakeholders across the business including C-suite executives and technical teams, excellent stakeholder management/communication is required.
Within the role:
Ensuring that releases are appropriately signed off prior to deployment by development teams
Engaging with technology and the business to ensure awareness and implementation of and adherence to governance and release processes
Challenging existing governance processes and structures
Providing reporting on technology change
2 years + experience of delivering releases into production
Experience working in a technical role involving implementing Governance, i.e. Software Development, Release Management or Scrum Master
Understanding structured test methods and processes
Excellent Communication Skills
