Relationship Manager – Buy-Side, Asset Management, Front Office, Middle Office. London Based.

Competitive Base Salary, with x2 OTE Commission.

The Company

Our client is a leading software company that offers solutions for trading and communication for buy sides. They are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset but works well within a team.

The Role

  • Ultimately, to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and work with sales and product teams internally to ensure they are being delivered solutions that meet their business requirements
  • Understand who the key decision makers are within your client accounts and build strong relationships with them
  • Able to implement quarterly service review.
  • Act as point of contact to the clients, coordinating with internal teams including change, sales and product and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently

Key Requirements

  • Fluency / Native speaking in Spanish / Italian / German
  • Demonstrable understanding of distributer platforms / channels
  • knowledge of operational and technical environments.
  • Very client facing and pro active in the service relationships
  • Able to work in a small company environment to a high degree of autonomy, with an entrepreneurial flair.
