The company

Established and marketing leading brand that provides data and software to investment banks, regional banks and corporates globally. My client specialises in multi asset-class solutions that support capital markets activity.

The role

  • Hybrid sales and account management – focussing on the DACH region plus other territories to be confirmed
  • Managing a net revenue target for your assigned region
  • Generating additional revenue by upselling into existing accounts and/or signing brand new clients
  • Working with product specialists to demonstrate product capabilities and answer client questions
  • Overcome objections to win business against the competition

Essential requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling data or software/SaaS product into investment banking clients
  • Experience selling into the DACH region
  • Good general knowledge of capital markets and what investment banks do
  • Proactive approach – willing to approach prospects rather than purely rely on in-bound leads
  • Willingness to travel – typically twice a months for a couple of days at a time
  • Team-player – willing to support your team and help out

  • German languages skills
