QA Automation Lead
£60,000 - £70,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Harrington Starr are delighted to partner with an exciting FinTech start-up focused on business lending and committed to building out a FinTech platform. This London-based firm are genuinely making a difference by lending to digital businesses that can’t get traditional lending.
This new full-time, permanent job opportunity is for a skilled, hands-on QA Lead will see the successful individual oversee QA & testing operations for the company’s Azure-built web application. This is a rare opportunity to truly be ‘heard’ as your business strategy and advice will be put into action!
Responsibilities

• Helping drive quality from conception to finished product.

• Developing detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, test strategies and test cases.

• Ensure that the web application is thoroughly tested, both automated and manual testing

• Developing and maintaining automated tests using Selenium and other test frameworks.

• Interact with users of the application to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with the development teams to identify and address potential issues.

Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
This opportunity would suit an experienced QA / Testing professional with start-up / FinTech experience who is keen to put their stamp on an emerging business!

• Extensive QA / Testing experience within automated and manual testing

• Experience within a start-up or small to mid-size FinTech is highly desirable

• Demonstrable skills in API and stress testing

• C# .NET knowledge

• Azure DevOps – pipelines, test-plans, etc.

• Knowledge of Selenium, SpecFlow

• Release management experience

• Natural communicator
