Job: QA Engineer

Location: London Hub / remote

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000

Harrington Starr is delighted to be partnering with a exciting Fintech scaling the Global Payments Ecosystem for a QA Engineer to join their journey!

With only 4 years since their inception their game-changing platform & product is pioneering their space with leading tech-based VC investors utilizing adding further incredible value.

QA Engineer (C#, Java)

You will play a key part in the automation of testing tools and processes and continue to deliver quality across the platform. In this role, you'll work in a highly collaborative agile processed team with our Engineering and Product team ensuring Quality starts from the beginning.

Working in a thriving, diverse team your duties are the following:

  • Defining acceptance criteria & bringing quality processes as early as possible in the development process
  • Carry out exploratory & automated testing across API & UI
  • Creating and managing bug reports & communicating them across your team
  • Defining, building and maintaining test scenarios for automating tests
  • Reviewing & contributing to unit, integration and end to end tests when required
  • Working with deployment teams and resolving any issues arising in the CI process

To be successful you must have the following skills:

  • 4 years + experience across test with automation
  • Experience in working with cross functional teams
  • Background in both UI and API automation
  • Experience working with BDD
  • Programming languages preferably C# specflow or Java
