Job description Responsibilities: Work closely with the project team to ensure everyone is aligned on key deliverables and project milestones. Meet with clients after software package sales to gather essential data and information needed for customizing their software systems. Develop detailed project plans for each customer, outlining tasks necessary for the timely installation of customized software systems. Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the software customization process, gathering feedback and seeking approvals. Customize software systems to meet individual customer needs and specifications. Train customers on how to use the software and take full advantage of customized features. Create comprehensive documentation for each customer, detailing all customizations made. Be prepared for domestic travel, up to 25% of the time, to engage with customers effectively. Skills and Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Self-driven and able to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative mindset. Willingness to work proactively within a team environment.
