Job description

• Work closely with the project team to ensure everyone is aligned on key deliverables and project milestones.
• Meet with clients after software package sales to gather essential data and information needed for customizing their software systems.
• Develop detailed project plans for each customer, outlining tasks necessary for the timely installation of customized software systems.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the software customization process, gathering feedback and seeking approvals.
• Customize software systems to meet individual customer needs and specifications.
• Train customers on how to use the software and take full advantage of customized features.
• Create comprehensive documentation for each customer, detailing all customizations made.
• Be prepared for domestic travel, up to 25% of the time, to engage with customers effectively.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
