Product Manager-Insurance  

I am working with a leading supplier of Insurance/Reinsurance software and they are searching for a Product Designer/Manger to join the team. The client is searching for a senior Product SME with in-depth experience of Insurance/Reinsurance markets.

This client has huge scope for growth and already have an excellent reputation for producing innovative software for their clients.

The chosen Product Designer/Manager will be responsible for product planning and execution through the product lifecycle. The role will cover product management responsibilities at a strategic level including definition of product vision and strategy. You will also be expected to be experienced in proof of concepts/product design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the Insurance/Reinsurance Software product strategy and roadmap
• Product Design/Proof of Concept responsibilities
• Meet with Clients to determine requirements to build future roadmap
• Work closely with technical teams

Experience required: 

• Strong Background in Insurance/Reinsurance  
• Previous client facing skills would be beneficial
• Prior experience as a Product Manager within a software or as an Insurance/Reinsurance SME
• Experience of working in a senior role within an Insurance/Reinsurance
• Demonstrated success defining and launching new products
• Strong interest technology/fintech
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
