I’m working with a leading Financial Services Technology company who provide a multitude of services to Financial Institutions. My client works with firms across the globe and need to provide great service and an enhanced user experience.

As part of the Product Management Team – Client Services Experience you will be responsible for building a world class desktop platform and empower the business to serve your regulated clients. You will need to adhere to your clients needs to provide them with high quality product releases in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead innovation projects
  • Work closely with UX teams to define and bleeding edge best in class technology
  • Engage with customers closely so that you can build strong relationships and validate requirements obtaining market insight to define the strategic product roadmap
  • Maintain and define the product roadmap to ensure the key business deliverables and risk assessments are complete
  • Manage both internal and external stakeholders to ensure maximum end to end experience of their digital service model is perfect

Experience required:

  • Analytical Degree - Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance or equivalent
  • Proven presentation and strong communication skills a must
  • A Passion for innovation and technology is a must
  • Experience delivering in product support
  • Must have a career in product management  and understand the end-user workflows and produce accurate product requirements
