The company

Established and successfully provider of banking software to a global client base. They have built a reputation for providing reliable and feature rich solutions to support boutique through to large tier banking and wealth management customers

The role

  • Provide Presales Support to the Sales and Account Management teams including preparation and delivery of presentations, POCs, workshops and product demos
  • Provide input into RFI/RFP documents
  • Collaborate with product and services teams during workshops and project scoping exercises
  • Maintain demo environments, sales collateral and other resources to support the sales effort
  • Provide input into thought leadership pieces for publications and events
  • Built and maintain up to date knowledge of the competitor landscape and relevant industry trends
  • Represent the brand at networking and industry events
  • Support product development by communicating client feedback to the product teams

Requirements

  • 5+ years in banking software pre-sales or similar client facing positions
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the banking industry including key trends
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Able to manage presales projects drawing on other resources where required
  • Able to produce and deliver high quality documentation to strict deadlines
