I am currently partnered with an cloud based FX Trading provider based in London. My client is a well known established business that is renowned for offering a great service to it's clients. Since the company was founded in the early 2000's, it has grown in headcount and revenues, picking up multiple awards along the way. I am searching for a Pre Sales consultant to join the team and help further the growth of the business.
The Role
- Work closely with and support the Sales and Account Management teams in ensuring clients understand the platform
- Make yourself approachable if clients have any questions or issues with the platform
- Respond to RFI's and RFP's
- Conduct demos
- There are elements of Account Management - you will need to make sure that the client is satisfied at all times
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years experience working within financial services (ideally eFX/FX)
- Comfortable being client facing
- Have an understanding of technology and how a broker may use this platform
- (Ideal but not essential) have some experience in programming, to configure the platfor
