A leading financial services business based in Belfast is seeking to recruit a PMO Analyst to work with the Portfolio Lead. You will be tasked with supporting global projects teams that deliver a range of technology projects and ensure project governance is kept tight.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring planned milestones
  • Financial forecasting
  • RAID management
  • Resourcing forecasting and allocation
  • Preparation of project reports for the managing director
  • Writing and circulating project minutes
  • Documenting, maintaining and updating agreed projects frameworks
  • Auditing of processes against project office standards
  • Ensure accurate tracking of project finances
  • Assisting IT governance audits
  • Facilitating project initiation boards, approval meetings, operational readiness meeting and post project reviews
  • Preparation and distribution of project board documents

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar PMO type role
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Project Visio and Word skills
  • Microsoft SharePoint / MS Project experience
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the project delivery lifecycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
