Partner Sales Manager - London/Hybrid
The Company:
My client is a fintech payments company that makes it easy for small corporates and SMEs to accept card and digital payments.
The role requires someone who is able to quickly identify, build and nurture a pipeline of new sales opportunities, within the target markets and manage the pipeline through implementation to revenue generation.
The successful candidate will be passionate about e-commerce, a good communicator, both internally and externally, possess solid business acumen and strong negotiation skills.
What you'll be doing:
Focus on hunting new business opportunities
Striking new partnerships with ISVs, ISOs and Channel Partners, System Integrators and Digital Agencies
Deliver against targets by closing deals and managing implementation of new relationships
Maintaining a robust sales pipeline and assist in finalising contracts to achieve sales quotas and revenue goals
Manage responses to RFP’s, RFQ’s and RFI’s from inception to close
Maximising customer potential through understanding their business and analysing their commercial strategies
Attend and represent the company at business events and exhibitions
Keep apprised of changing market conditions, competitive landscape and new technologies
Develop and present professional sales presentations and proposals relevant to each opportunity
Properly maintain CRM records to enable accurate management reporting
Manage the post sales customer experience, actively introducing customer services and relationship management
Supporting a smooth merchant sales process by being a point of contact for boarding queries
Proactively feed market and customer data into the product team, channel customer feedback into the business
What you'll be experienced in:
Strong experience as a sales professional operating in both New Business and Partnerships.
Experience working directly within the payments sector or related industries, with knowledge in Acquiring and/or Payment Gateways.
Background in ecommerce or software driven payments highly desirable.
Experience in selling to Financial, Business and Professional Sectors, healthcare or education sectors advantageous.
