Partner Director – Financial Services, Strategic Relationships, Strategic Sales

The company

Established financial services organisation is looking to recruit a Partner Director to join their team in London (City). My client works with many of the biggest and best known names in the financial services sector and is looking for someone that can continue to develop their strategic partnerships programme.

The role

  • Work with senior and board level managers to secure business through strategic partners
  • Identify potential strategic partners and develop relationships with them
  • Work with internal product and technical teams to devise proposals outlining how a commercial relationship can be mutually beneficial to both parties
  • Work with senior management to get proposals signed off
  • Manage the negotiations with partners and close business
  • Manage the ongoing relationships ensuring the partners are delivering revenue to the business

Requirements

  • Significant experience in the financial services sector
  • Experience in a Partner Director, Strategic Account Management, Strategic Sales type position
  • Able to produce high-quality proposal documentation
  • Ability to conduct detailed negotiations with CXO level client management
  • Commercial acumen, able to identify and ensure relationships are commercial viable and beneficial
