Major Incident Manager, Global Financial Services Firm, Charlotte Area

My client, a global financial services firm, is hiring for a Major Incident Manager in their office in the Charlotte area, to help support Level 2 and Level 3 incidents to resolution, as well as support Change Management and Problem Management within an ITSM framework. This is an exciting opportunity to join a very fast-growing global financial services organization.

Candidates should have a background in ITIL with a Foundation certificate and an understanding of technology including Windows, Unix/Linux, storage, networking, databases, security, and ideally some exposure to financial services technology such as market data or trading applications. Additional levels of ITIL certification such as ITIL Intermediate level in Service Operations or Expert/Manager level and experience in large global IT environments such as financial services organizations or investment banks is highly desirable.
