Mac Desktop Support Specialist, FinTech Start-up, New York
Our client, a fast-growing FinTech start-up, is looking to hire an IT Specialist with strong Apple/Mac Desktop Support background for their New York City office. This is an exciting opportunity to join an office which doubled in size last year and is expecting to do so again this year, with long-term opportunity to take on a leadership role in the New York IT team.
Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in a helpdesk, desktop support, or IT support role and be comfortable working autonomously, handling a myriad of inquiries from employees around the office regarding Mac hardware and software, G-Suite administration, networking with Meraki or Palo Alto.
