Job description
Legal Entity Controller - Investment Banking
Glasgow - Hybrid working 3 days in the office 2 days WFH
£450 - £500 per day PAYE contract for an initial 6 months
The Legal Entity Controller (LEC) role is key in the legal entity control framework model and responsible for the management and control of the firm's legal entities across various jurisdictions with a focus specifically on regulation and regulated entities. You will be working with a leading Global Investment Bank
Required:
- Prior experience as a Legal Entity Controller
- Financial Services Experience
- Good client-facing skills
- Accountancy knowledge - Ideally with a professional qualification like CIMA ACCA CA or similar
