Lead UI Developer

Typescript, JavaScript, React, React Hooks, ChartJS, NextJS, RestAPI, CI/CD, WebAPI’s, SPA’s

London – Hybrid Set up. (2/3 days office based and WFH mixture)

Perm £80000 - £150000 basic plus bonus and benefits.

Harrington Starr has partnered up with a Prestigious Derivatives Trading House who are looking to hire a Team Lead React UI Developer who has proven track record with JavaScript and React Development where you will be working on a Greenfield project refactoring and reengineering UI’s for a Front office trading application.

This is a high profile role for the Derivatives Trading House and you will be responsible for a rebuild of next generation of a legacy code base into the React and JavaScript. The applications are bespoke and have all been built inhouse so you role will be to look at how to architecture, redesign and redevelop alongside an existing development team.

You will be working very closely with stakeholders and other business groups so excellent verbal and written communication skills will be needed for this role.

The role is a hybrid set up and will be spilt with 2/3 days office based and working from home so you will also need to be within a communicable location from London.

Key Skills:

• Experience as a Team Lead Developer
• In depth development of API’s and RestAPI’s
• Expert Development using JavaScript and React
• Experience with ChartJS
• Experience with ES6 / ES7
• Experience and knowledge of Futures & Options
• Experience with Derivatives knowledge.
