A global leader in financial markets technology is looking for 2 x experienced Key Strategic Account sales people to join the team in London. You will have the opportunity to sell a wide range of data products with an emphasis on real time data feeds, data analytics and pricing. This is a new business and renewals role looking after existing tier 1 corporate and financial institutions.
- New business account sales
- Prospecting asset managers and hedge funds to generate sales meetings
- Manage the sales cycle through to deal closure
- Working with marketing, pre-sales and sales management to devise and execute a territory plan
- Ensure opportunities to sell other products are covered when prospecting clients
- Meet agreed sales quota
- New business hunter with 3 years of solid sales figures to demonstrate performance
- Experience selling pricing and reference data to hedge funds and/or asset managers – preferably both
- Good knowledge regulations and how they affect data
- Hungry self starter who works well independently
