Harrington Starr are partnering with a market leader in pre- and post-trade margin and collateral analytics in the hiring of a skilled QA Engineer (Python) to work closely with the Head of QA at their London offices.This new full-time, permanent job opportunity within the derivatives sector would be ideal for a QA Engineer with demonstrable skills in coding, quality and testing who is interested in joining a very hands-on and proactive QA team.

With recent growth across EMEA region we’re building out a brilliant Quality Engineering team in Python with approximately 80% automation.
Responsibilities
- Defining acceptance criteria & bringing quality processes as early as possible across SDLC
- Carry out exploratory & automated testing across API & UI
- Creating and managing bug reports & communicating them across your team
- Defining, building and maintaining test scenarios for automating tests
- Reviewing & contributing to unit, integration and end to end tests when required
- Working with deployment teams and resolving any issues arising in the CI process
Qualifications, Skills and Attributes
This opportunity would suit a QA Engineer with experience in both manual and automated testing frameworks.
- 4 years’ + experience working on Python automation
- Experience in working with cross functional teams
- Exposure to both UI and API test automation
- Programming language in Python
