North Starr have partnered with a technology driven business based in Central London who are looking for a Java Developer to work on their flagship product. As a Java Developer you will be joining a team of 5 developers using technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, Jenkins, Maven for real-time, multi-threaded systems.

You will be working in a collaborative environment where you will be focused on designing and developing excellent code. You will work with other high quality members of the team improve the quality and functionality of my clients flagship product.

In this exciting role you will be working with a variety of leading technologies on a daily basis and get the opportunity to work in an Agile, test driven development (TDD) environment.  You will not be micro-managed and you will be given the chance to define processes and create a platform that will drive business revenue through the roof.

To be considered for the role of Java Developer, (Spring, Hibernate, Jenkins, Maven, Real-time, multi-threaded, Agile, TDD, JavaScript, C++), experience in the following is essential:

  • Strong Java Development experience with knowledge of Spring and Hibernate frameworks on real-time, multi-threaded platforms
  • Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins and Maven
  • Experience working within an Agile / TDD environment
  • Any experience with JavaScript or C++ would be advantageous
